Step 1: Sign Up for a Paddle Account

  1. Go to the Paddle website.
  2. Click on the "Get Started for Free" or a similar sign-up option.
  3. Fill out the necessary information to create a vendor account.

Step 2: Access the Vendor Dashboard

  1. After creating your account, log in to the Paddle Vendor Dashboard.

Step 3: Navigate to the Developer Settings

  1. In the Dashboard, look for a section related to "Developer Settings" or "Integration."
  2. You might find this under your account settings or a specific developer/integration section.

Step 4: Create a Product

  1. Before getting API keys, you usually need to create a product in your Paddle Dashboard.
  2. Follow the steps to add a new product, providing the necessary details such as product name, pricing, and other settings.

Step 5: Access API Keys

  1. Once you've created a product, you should find a section for API keys or developer settings.
  2. Retrieve your API keys from this section. You may have both a Vendor ID and an API Key.

Important Note:

  • Security: Keep your API keys secure. Do not expose them in public repositories or share them publicly.
